“Noise in settlements is inevitable. People commute to and from work, travel in their vehicles on all sorts of errands, mow with whirring appliances, do construction and repair work. But it is understandable that even the biggest noise-maker dreams of having a noise-free neighbour, because it is the noise from neighbours, not themselves, that is the most disturbing.
As a socially responsible company, the company carries out noise control in line with legal requirements and in the interests of friendly neighbourhoods. We have carried out appropriate instrumental noise measurements. These have confirmed that the noise levels, both during the day and at rest, meet and do not exceed the permissible limits,” says the CEO.
“It should also be noted that the walls of our factory buildings have been fitted with a noise barrier layer and a noise barrier wall has been installed on the site. To the question of what causes noise, we would say that it can be caused by the operation of the recycling equipment and the movement of traffic on the site. However, we take all necessary measures to control this noise,” explains V. Skublickas, the manager of UAB Virginijus ir ko.

“Environmental protection is one of the top priorities for governments, business and society alike, and requires social responsibility and awareness from everyone.
